The Rikä 10" Japanese Saw, or Ryoba saw, is a precision instrument designed for tradesmen who demand exceptional accuracy and a superior finish in their joinery. Unlike traditional Western saws, this tool operates on the pull stroke, which allows for a much thinner blade and significantly more control. Constructed from 65Mn high-carbon manganese spring steel, the blade is both highly flexible and incredibly durable. With two distinct cutting edges, it offers the versatility to switch between cross-cutting and ripping tasks instantly, making it an indispensable tool for furniture making, internal trim work, and detailed woodcraft.

Features and Benefits:

• Dual-Edge Versatility: Features two different tooth pitches on a single blade, providing a 17 TPI edge for clean cross-cuts and a 7-12 TPI edge for efficient ripping.

• Pull-Stroke Technology: Designed to cut on the pull stroke, which prevents blade buckling and allows for a narrower kerf and more precise results.

• 65Mn Spring Steel: Manufactured from high-carbon manganese spring steel to provide the perfect balance of flexibility and long-lasting sharpness.

• Ultra-Thin Blade: The 0.5mm blade thickness reduces material waste and requires less effort to produce a perfectly straight, smooth cut.

• Ergonomic Soft Grip: Equipped with a long, soft-grip handle that provides excellent leverage and comfort for two-handed or single-handed use.
